Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

My bank Wells Fargo did not allow a stop payment on an ACH withdrawal after I had requested that the payment be stopped. I was then logged with another $35.00 overdraft fee after I could not cover the cost of the ACH withdrawal. I could n't afford gas or everyday necessities like food because the little money I had in my account was taken out.
