I had a fraudulent transaction on my checking account. I called Chase the next day about the fraudulent transaction. After two months later, I was told that the claim is denied because the merchant provided that the packages were delivered to an address.I do not know how the theft stole my information online. It was an online transaction and the theft used my name, address and card number to made the purchase. However, the shipping address is not mine. I am living in - and the delivered address is in -. I did not receive any package.
