Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Virginia

I attended - in - va from -/-/- until -/-/- when I graduated with an - in - -. During my time there I was told that all of my student loans were taken care of through federal loans or tc temporary school credit which I would pay back. When I graduated I was told my loans took care of all my debt and I did n't owe anything. Well ive been getting notices from - for the past 3 years and they all said account balance $0.00. Today I received a notice from - saying that I owed $29000.00 for a loan and I was $11000.00 past due with a payment of $370.00 a month. I am unaware of this loan being that all my federal loans are together and add up to $40000.00. I did n't take these loans out to my knowledge and believe I was tricked or lied to about how my tuition was paid. I would like to be part of the lawsuit against - for predatory practices.
