In - 2016 - - Credit card offered a $200.00 statement credit when making a purchase over $500.00 within the first 3 months. When I applied, by the end of - 2016, the offer was $100.00 instead of the $200.00. I called the company to see if I could still get the $200.00 statement credit offer and they told me that they were going to apply the $200.00 statement credit as long as I requested after making my over $500.00 purchase. I purchased 5 year passes to - - In - 2016 and paid $1600.00 with the - - Credit Card. I called the company so they can apply the $200.00 to my statement credit. After about three weeks I received a - Gift Card in the amount of $100.00. I called the company right away and asked about the $200.00 statement credit. I told them I did not want the gift card and I was willing to send it back. what I wanted was the $200.00 statement credit they offered. In early - 2016 I called again because I got my statement and there was no credit at all. I was told that they were going to submit a request for the $200.00 statement credit and that I was going to get a letter within 10 days. After 10 days I called, - -, 2016, to check the status of the request. The person on the phone said that there was a note about it but the request was never submitted. Again she told me she was going to make sure to submit it and that I was going to receive a letter in the mail about the decision. - -, 2016, I called again to check the status of the request. This time the person on the phone told me that they do not give any statement credit and that they had made a decision in - -, 2016 to not to apply the $200.00 statement credit. - still shows the $100.00 statement credit offer. Still they do not want to honor the offer.
