Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Michigan

AES had my loan deferred when they were aware that I was no longer attending classes. In doing this they increased the amount of accrued interest substantially. My payments are now unbearably high due to interest charges accrued.
