There was a hard pull ( inquiry ) made by CBNA ( Citibank national association ). I do not have an account with this company nor did I give them permission to pull my credit report as well. This event has unfortunately caused a drop in my credit score and I would like this hard inquiry removed from credit report as soon as possible. Thank you.
