Wells Fargo special interest free credit cards. - problems with paying the card. 1. When doing a monthly payment, one can not put in cents. This is a problem due to not being able to take the payment and dividing it by -. One needs to calculate the first payment to include the cents of future payments because there web site can not handle cents on monthly payments. 2. This is the most egregious. When setting up a monthly payment one can not set an end date. Thus, a year from setting this up, one needs to remember to cancel the monthly payment, else they will continue to take withdrawals. You then need to request that they refund your overpayment. 3. Their web site is unaware of payments and will not allow monthly payments until current payments are processed. It took three days for me. This was annoying because I needed to continue coming back to the site so I could do monthly payment. 4. Although the contact people were pleasant, they were hampered by the web site being poorly set up with restrictions that there was no solution to.
