I am writing to complain about misleading trade practice by Experian Credit Reporting service. I recently requested copies of my credit report from this outfit. I was charged a fee for this service of $1.00 then - on -, then this next month I was charged another $23.00. I called then to dispute this and was told it was a membership fee and was non refundable. I did not knowingly agree to any membership fee and found their website excessively complicated. This was a scam to get me to pay for service I did n't want and for a report that by law is free to the consumer once a year.
