Bank of America has told me that this account is linked to an account in my wife 's maiden name 2 years after she was married and claims I lived in - - Virginia. I have never lived in - Virginia, so Bank of America can claim what it wants but on - - of 2016, my lawyer will start the lawsuit paperwork and when I show up to court with federal records stating these - facts, I will not settle but I will be going for the maximum amount for damages against me and my company. Final warning and no more complaints after this.
