My VA mortgage with USAA was paid in full through refinancing with - - on -/-/16. There was an escrow account in the amount of $3300.00 to be refunded and mail to me at the address they had on file. To this date -/-/16 I still have not received the escrow refund. I feel this is an abusive amount of time specially in the digital age we live in.
