I contacted - at the - first and asked for a copy of the lease agreement and an invoice or documentation of the charges they claim that I owe them. The gentlemen stated to me that he was unable to send me a copy of my lease because they no longer had a hard copy due to it being 6 yrs ago. He said he could only provide me a bill of what I owe but it would n't be an invoice or documentation ( whatever that means ) He said I owed $500.00 but my credit report is showing $530.00.
