My account got locked because the company changed the policy and started locking accounts automatically for any transaction over a $1000.00. I have not been able to use the account for months. I requested the account to be closed and the funds to be returned to me. After submitting all the requested documents, the company representative gave me 30 day deadline before the check would be issued. It has been over 2 months since and the account remains open and the crooks continue charging me monthly fees.
