First of all, it 's not a debt. I do n't owe anything to - - - ; however, Continental Credit Ctrl reported this on my credit report with -. I did have - but everything was paid in full. I even went to my online account and it shows $0.00 balance. I do n't know how they got this incorrect information and it 's very frustrating. Please help
