To Whom It May Concern ; My name is - - -, I am a - - Veteran with an -. I am writing to formally make a complaint agains Chase Credit Card Services for pulling my credit and not approving me on the initial applications due to a human negligence of Chase Behave, and for pulling my credit for a second time without my consent and approving a credit card that I never applied for. I summited a credit card application for a CHASE SAPPHIRE Visa signature credit card on - -, 2016, Reference number : -.


on time as the letter was never physically sent on time by Chase, a clear negligence/ responsibility on behave of Chase. I have been calling the - number to ask Chase to correct their mistake and take into accountability their human error and therefore the initial application for the CHASE SAPPHIRE Visa signature credit card from the - - application. I have been told many different tales of what might happen, anywhere from reconsidering the initial claim to clearing my credit report. I decided to stop at a Chase Branch to help me explain the situation and have Chase clear their act by connecting Chase it self, where I was told the initial application from - - was going to be honored and taken into consideration, and no new application was going to be summited/needed. ( no new credit pull ) : CHASE - - Relationship Banker NMLS ID : - - - - - -, Fl, - Phone : ( - ) - On - -, I received a call from a supervisor name " Precious '' where she told me that she had no status of any updates and that she was going to be contacting me back once she had some information. I clearly express to her that I do not approve/consent Chase to pull my credit again under any reason, that I do not want my credit to be re-run. Today, - -, 2016, through my - credit monitor service I learned that Chase re-runed my credit yesterday - -, 2016 WITH OUT MY CONSENT. I called back the customer service number, spoke with - - at the - - T- Credit Card Services Branch. I requested answer to the matter, but they could not answer my question to this regards. I asked how is it possible the summited an application and approved with out my consented signature, and to send me the corresponding documents of such application, I received no answer. When I ask them what was the credit card they run the application for, they communicated to me for a Chase - Rewards Credit Card which makes no sense because I initially applied for a CHASE SAPPHIRE Visa signature credit card. In conclusion, CHASE took it upon them self to re-apply, run my credit, and approve me for a credit card I never applied for. And still Chase have not taken responsibility in their human error of not sending my initial credit application of - - where my credit was pull either way.
