On - - I made a online payment to - for - the payment was never received. On - - a good faith letter was sent advising of the payment, amount of payment and account number. Another payment was made on - - which again was n't applied. After a 3 way call with -, - and myself it was determined the funds were sent to Citibank which was the previous owner of the card. On - - another 3 way call with Citbank, - and myself in which payment amount, date and trace numbers were sent. I contacted Citibank on - - and they had no record of any account or correspondence. I once again, contacted - and was told the case had been closed and would reopen it. The representative told me he would call me this - - - but have yet to hear anything. I have spent well over 100 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, to no avail. - - has repeatedly sent proof of payment, transaction records and CitiBank refused to communicate. I have been in direct contact with a representative from - - and they have now sent it to there liaison.
