Chase has violated there own Terms and conditions. I have a current, open, and active Chase Premier Plus checking account. Chase offered me this account because of my Military service. Looking at the Chase terms and conditions from the Chase document, " A Guide to Your Account '' for Chase Premier Plus Checking account holders, Page - explains Overdraft fees. In particular, it states, " IF WE RETURN THE SAME ITEM MULTIPLE TIMES, WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU - RETURNED ITEM FEE FOR THAT ITEM WITHIN A 30-DAY PERIOD ''. I have had $34.00 overdraft fees that Chase has charged me from the same returned item within the 30 day window. SEVERAL times I have called and given Chase the opportunity to reverse these outstanding charges and credit my account back. My requests have been ignored and denied. I warned them that my point is validated and advised that I would have to take next steps.
