I have business secured line of credit with Wells Fargo and had nothing but trouble with the card since -. The representative assigned to my business loan account did not properly process my request and the APR increased from - percent to - percent. Since - -, I have called over 10 tens to get this issue resolved. I was verbally informed that my APR decreased ; however, I was never provided any paperwork. I called the executive office over 5 times to get paperwork resent. Also, contacted person from the complaint team and he did not respond to my calls in over two months. I called in to make payments and submit address change. I have not received any statement since - - advising me of my business account. Two weeks ago, I was informed that my APR was - percent due to lack of payments. I called in and mailed payments to Wells Fargo. Well Fargo is engaging in predatory credit card practices. The Executive Office has failed to realize that my calls have gone answered and I am not receiving my statement. This is bank error as no representatives will contact me to let me know of my account status change since - -. My credit has been adversely affected and I have a predatory loan rate.
