The Chase investment has incurred a fee every year for last 2 years and I was told that this fee is for keeping the account open every year in spite of the fact that my Chase account holds Chase mutual funds so it seems that Chase Bank is double-dipping where it is earning fees from my funds and charging me a separate fee to hold the account open. They claim it 's okay for them to assess fees in this manner.
