- ( previous complaint ). The case reference has probably been closed. However - the same people and Wells Fargo - We finally executed deed in Lieu of foreclosure - - 2015. We got a deficiency notice of around $46000.00 ( the property under-appraised ) The original Loan was # - ( $320000.00 )! So they advised that our property was worth a lot less .... however, we recently discovered the property is up for sale for $330000.00. Is this legal.. we had to consider the deficient portion as income for taxes ... Please advise on what we can do - they have destroyed our credit at this point. Sincerely - - -
