D2 Management LLC Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Connecticut

From what I can tell, someone is selling my information to fake debt collecting companies. These companies then proceed to call with threats of impeding arrest, and demands for immediate payment with no written correspondence. They are calling my parents threatening that I need to call them else they will hand deliver warrants at the home or that I need to schedule time at my place of work and have both my manager and security personnel present for document deliveries. All these actions are harassing and breaking the law as I understand the Fair debt reporting and collection act. The latest company is calling from multiple numbers from Rhode Island.
