Chase bank was informed by a relative of mine I would be unavailable for a length of time due to being hospitalized and other events in my my life. They were asked to put a temporary hold on my account because transactions would be presented. All previously agreed upon. Chase ignored the request and let items be presented against my account resulting in profitable fees. Upon my return, I called chase. The Chase bank phone representative told me to please hold. The Chase phone representative seemed to have forgotten to push his mute button on his headset. I over heard his conversation with a co worker as he was expressing that I am a, " - customer and - veteran '' Chase reversed a small portion of the fees later but unfairly refuse to help further more
