'' At this point, Seterus had a complete package. On -/-/16 another call was placed to check on the status. No update and sale date still on. " A message was to the escalation department. '' On -/-/16 sale date still on, no update, no additional documents needed. Should n't they at least postpone the sale date if they have a complete package? Are they going to review the package for a loan modification while they are trying to foreclose at the same time?
