I have been dealing with my mortgage company, - - since they bought my mortgage in -/-/-. They are supposed to take care of my property taxes. My property taxes are $ -/year after residential exemption. However, they keep charging me $2700.00 per year. I have contacted them via phone and FA- to ask them to reduce property tax withdrawals from my account to their escrow account, however, they simply ignore my request. Right now, I have $1800.00 in my escrow even though I do n't owe any taxes for -/-/-! And, - - ignores my request to return this money to me.
