I reported credit card lost a year ago from today which is - - 2016. But never got issueed a new card so I have n't use my credit card since. Recently I receive enormous amount of - balances in mail which is not use under my consent and my credit line limit only up to -. I contacted the bank but they 're unable to resolve this issue and keep charge high sum of interest rate. I asked the creditor to provide statement but it has been several months now and I believe they failed to provide and comply with my request. My credit score are excellent currently at - and I really do n't want this situation to jeopardize my credit score.and I would cfpb to take this matter into action as soon as possible
