Pro Collect Inc. sent me a memo stating they would accept % - paid of the debit and close the account. After speaking with them over the telephone and confirming i was inform that they would report the account settlement as soon as possible. This did not happen, the account is still open and only reflects that i paid half when in fact the account should be reported closed and paid in full.
