I entered into a lease with BMW financial services four years ago. shortly after signing my lease I noticed the payment date was incorrect, I went back to the dealership and completed the form to change the payment from the - to the - of the month. Over the course of my lease I have had continue problems with the payment coming out on the wrong date. I have completed the change of date form a number of times, I have made phone call after phone call, where I am assured it has been corrected and will not happen again. There have also been a couple times where they will take more then one payment or not take a payment at all, where I will have to battle them to get it corrected. So after all this I have just found out that I have reports of slow payments on my credit bureau, because of the times that they have messed up. I have tried to resolve this with BMW financial however after trying for the past two weeks I have yet to actually speak with a supervisor or a manager to get to the bottom of this.
