U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Payoff process

U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Payoff process Washington

My bank convinced me to apply for a credit card to protect against over draft fees, since i was asking them to waive - ( the only - I had ever had ). This was - ... By - the interest was out of control and I could only make the minimum pmt. My girlfriend paid the bills and the last time she tried to make a pmt they would not let her because her name was not on the account. I hardly charged anything to my credit card- the balance was interest and late payment fees, so I stopped making payments.. I could n't get ahead. This was around - and I was pretty sure it went to collections that same year. I would have thought it would have fallen off my credit report and it has n't. Its frustrating because all of this happened before they changed the laws- So for a $300.00 credit care I owe $610.00 - All of the balance is late fee and interest. Can it be taken off my credit report? Thank you - -
