In my - past complaints with the cfpb about Caliber Loans, I received -, conflicting responses to the same question which only adds to my confusion. According to Caliber, - no longer owns my loan, yet Caliber has not registered this wit h - land records. Their response was when it goes to sherrifs sale and is sold, then the transfer witll take place and that it was registered on - - and is pending. As soon as it goes through, I will be notified. As of - - land records has no record of this. Which is it?
