- - Hospital starting charging my credit card that was stolen a monthly bill. It appeared after I reported my card stolen but still showed up because it was a installment amount. I disputed the charges ... 3 months in a row. All - were removed and deemed unauthorized charges. - was blocked from further charges and did not show proof that the debt was in fact mine. 10 months later they sold the account to a debt collector ; IC Systems -, MN - - Account # -. I contacted this company and provided documents showing that the charges were not authorized and a result of fraudulent activity. They stated that they would close the account. Several months later they reported it to my credit reports illegally.
