Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Connecticut

I just paid a car loan settlement off in full from SANTANDER and i 'm working on repairing my credit to try and obtain a mortgage. I need a letter stating i have paid the loan off and they want me to wait at least - days. Unfortunately, i cant wait that long so i need the letter faxed or emailed to me now so my mortgage lender can fix my credit. They have taken the money out of my account already and there is no reason why they cant send documentation stating that they have been paid.
