I have never executed any loan agreements after the foreclosure sale to reinstate the loan -. Notwithstanding, reinstatement or any other loan agreement would fall under the Texas Statute of Frauds. The Statute of Frauds bars any collection of debt by Nationstar if it 's not in writing. Nationstar claims I am $ - delinquent, which is equivalent to about 61 months. The foreclosure sale took place on - -, -, 47 months ago. Ironically, this is the number of months Nationstar showed the account delinquent when is was transferred on - -, -.
