I recently contacted credit collection servic in -, MA on - - to dispute a debt in collections. I spoke to a representative who was really rude and disrespectful to me. I informed the representative that I wanted to dispute this debt. After informing the representative of my request her tone of voice changed, she began to ask me many questions as if I was lying about the reasons why I wanted to dispute this debt. When calling a debt collection agency I do n't want feel intimidated by the representative. The representative acted as though she did n't want to give me the necessary information needed in order to dispute this debt. I would like for this issue to be looked into. If this issues has occurred with me I 'm sure it has happened with many other innocent people. This issue could possibly cause for legal action to take place.
