Credit card False statements or representation Impersonated an attorney or official Maryland

I was contacted on - -, 2016 by - - ( or - - ) from - -. She told me that i should contact - - - immediately or I will be served tomorrow. I called that agency immediately with that number -. I spoke to a woman that asked for my reference number ( - ) and transferred me to a lady name - - ( or - ). This is the second time this company has contacted me. The first time was -, 2016. They claim that they sent me letters in regards to this matter, which I never received. When I told that I never received them, she called me a liar. I asked for which court was this claim filed. She first said it was Superior Court in -, -. There is no such thing and I questioned that. But she continued to tell me that she meant Superior Court in - at - - - - -, - and the number of the court. I asked for the case number instead she gave me the same reference number. I specifically asked for the case number and she said I will receive all that information tomorrow when I get served. Anyway I looked up that same reference number in -, -, & - and it does n't exist. There is no case that has been filed against me and according to my credit report my account is paid in full and closed. I am tired of the harassment. They keep calling my mother 's house and now they are calling my cell phone as a " Restricted '' call. I do not know why they are telling me that I have a debt because I do not.
