I used my card to order a product over the phone in - 2016. In - 2016 when I noticed another charge, I called the company I ordered from - to advise them that I did not receive the product yet. I was told they would track it and have resent to me. That never happened so on -16 I filed a dispute with Netspend to get my money refunded as - was giving me the run around. I was initially told that the claim would be complete within 45 days. Netspend continues to advise me that they are working on the claim but it has been past 45 days and still no resolution. I am also getting the run around from them as well. They refuse to tell me the process or what steps they have taken to get this resolved.
