Paper dated -/-/- shows Chase did not pay my land taxes, although they took out the money, via my escrow account. The - - - statement shows they paid the taxes the years they had the loan. I had to pay - taxes myself, that 's when I found out Chase had not paid - taxes either, this was about the time Chase sold my loan to - -. Now Chase will not reimburse the over - dollars I wrote a check for on my - taxes, or any money I paid to them on my - taxes. Now - - has caught up my taxes to secure the loan resulting in my house payment increasing. I have included all paperwork to support this.
