This agency is reporting an error on my credit file. I had medical coverage and met my deductible. This medical bill was paid by my insurance. I disputed this erroneous account with them on - -, 2015 and never received a response. I attempted to contact them again in -/-/- and, again, received no response. After doing some research I discovered that ARS is not bonded to collect in the state of Texas. The account was actually deleted from - but when I viewed my credit report recently and it has been reported on there again. Is that is even legal?
