In - I received a $2500.00. loan from the -. In - a garnishment was attached to my - - - paychecks. In - garnishment stopped after $6800.00 was paid. In - I received another garnishment for the same $2500.00 loan in excess of $500.00 per month. I received a letter from CTI stating that I owe $5900.00 on the same loan. I would have paid approx. $13000.00. on a $2500.00. I did not receive a release letter from the - ; however, when I asked the - to provide the letter initiating the garnishment, they could not provide -. Due to this garnishment, my credit is ruined and I can barely afford to pay my living expenses. Please help.
