Ditech is reporting a late mortgage on my credit report. I have never had a mortgage or any account for that matter with Ditech. I called them to resolve this issue and was told all I can do is dispute the account on credit. I asked to speak to a manager several times and was refused. This is holding up financial matters I wish to persue. I need this taken care of ASAP.
