I obtained a loan from Wachovia Bank in 2008. Wachovia was later bought out by Wells Fargo. The following issues warrant my complaint : -I recently received loan documents from Wells Fargo -The property land description is incorrect and the property street name is misspelled -My initials are forged on the land description page ( hand-numbered as page- ) -The loan was originally a fixed rate conventional mortgage loan ; however, when the loan was changed to Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo changed the loan to a home equity without consumer knowledge or consent. Such change restricts refinance options as opposed to conventional mortgage loan ( based on information I 've been given by Wells Fargo mortgage representatives )
