My account was closed by PNC Bank .... My account experienced fraudlent activity.I told PNC .I was n't paying it ... So I am now in collections ... Through a third party collections agency.I am disputing the charge again.I am requesting PNC take back the debt and service the account an - balance.Since it was fraudlent activity done on the account.They seem to have an I do n't care attitude.I am a - who understand they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act of -/-/- and The Fair Debt Reporting Act of -/-/-.If this serious matter is n't resolve with 30 days.I will file a - Dollar Federal Class Action Lawsuit in US District Court.I will also subpoena every phone call recorded and every note on my account.I will not tolerate being on - and reported to the - credit bureaus ... My account should never have been charged off.
