Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

I am currently behind on a loan with Regional Finance in -. I left my job for another and was promised more money at the new job and that did n't happen. When I went into the office, like I had promised to do, to talk about getting my loan caught up, I was told to take all mine and my boyfriend 's money, pay all my bills ( as in get everything caught up ) let his car payment with - fall 3 months behind and then leave him and move back in with my mom. Now I do not have a bad relationship in my personal life but giving advice like that is not okay. So I was informed if I do not make a payment by Friday then they would continue with collections. That is fine but they do not need to constantly call my work, I have a personal phone and if they can not reach me there then they do not need to constantly contact references more than once in one day. That is not how a loan company works.
