I have owned a condominium development for about 20 years. I have decided to convert the affected property back to private ownership. To do this I must get the approval of all people who have bought parcels and their mortgagers. I have gotten the approval of the only person that purchased a lot but when I or my lawyer or the mortgagee has tried to contact the mortgage company they get no response. The company was originally Greentree but is now Ditech. They are a national company and whenever we call we speak to a person in a different part of the country. If we leave a message they do not return our calls. We have sent them a form that if signed would complete the transaction but we never heard anything back from them.
