I was placed into a program with my Auto Loan a few years ago, I just found out that I was recently removed without any prior notification. I called to see what was going on and I was told the rules changed to qualify and I was no longer eligible. I 'm - - - and now I am trying to figure out what to do. I have been stationed in - for the past 11 months. They stated that they mailed a letter in -/-/- to me but like I stated, I 've been in - since - 2015. I looked at my credit report and it shows up now as a charge off/ collections account and has effected my credit. I have still been making my payments as I agreed to for the amount in the program. I do n't know if it is still that amount or if the payment went up or if the interest went up now that I am not in the program? I am suppose to leave from - in a week and go back state side. By this being on my credit now, it is going to affect me getting a place for my pregnant wife and I along with our kids to find a house to live where we are getting sent to next.
