Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Ohio

I am about to get garnished through a company where i have sent in all my documents so they can not garnish me. But they are sending me to fake websites like its the federal government loans but its not. Its fraudently sending me to a website like its the federal student loans and they are not. I asked for a hearing and have not received one just more threatening letters about garnishing my money. I can not afford to pay them right now i am trying to get back in school but the way they are treating me without working out any payment plan nor would they allow me to add them to the consolidation loan which i am waiting on answer from them and its been over 2 months.
