This loan is a predatory loan in which I am paying. I signed a contract to purchase a - - - at - on - -. The interest rate on this loan is 17.95 %. The car is now only worth $6300.00 at trade in value. My pay off at the moment is $15000.00 after 2 years. The loan company named Consumer Portfolio Services is charging me 3 times over what the car is worth. I feel I was scammed into this loan and I have no way of trading the vehicle in with the large negative equity I have with this car.
