Outrageous interest rates and unmanageable payments not ONCE a month but TWICE!! Their goal is to keep you in debt, the payments are so high you ca n't afford extra payments!!! They claim interest rate goes down but absolutely not true!!! - for a - loan for - month all interest! Have made numerous attempts to settle and have been ignored!
