I had a loan with Global Lending service that was set up by -. For one year I paid - a month to them and not once were these payments reported to a credit agency. When I went to refinance the car I was informed that Global lending was not federally insured and therefore I would NEVER be able to be refinanced by a reputable lender. I went to - to talk to them and they could not find anything on my credit report regarding Global Lending. I was so distraught about this that when I went to - I was very vulnerable and alone. They knew I was there to get my payment down. When I left there I had a brand new - with a - payment which is too much. I recently had found out my identity was compromised during a background check for a job, my hospital records were among a group of records that were hacked and a satellite internet company had posed as direct TV and took my debit card number. I was pretty shattered at the time and now am stuck with a - payment on a car I did not want. I went through bankruptcy in - to try and pick up the pieces of my life and hopefully get things back together. No positive credit was garnered by my relationship with Global Lending causing my credit to still stink. Is there anything that can be done? Where should I turn? I am completely at a lose
