BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Several months ago I opened a bank account via the mail. I have never received signature cards or account information advising of my minimum balance requirements.I have voiced my concerns via email, letters to the bank manager with no response. I am now being told I cant close my accounts without incurring more fees.
