Bank of America Credit card department,
-/-/2013 my credit score reflects a negative notation for late payment. I have contacted Bank of America about this issue letting them know that I had moved during that time frame and was not aware that I was late on payment. I asked for a goodwill removal which they said they could not process. Please help to remove this negative notation from my credit score. This credit card has been paid in full, and account was closed. I am trying to improve my credit score. Thank you.
