Applied for a refinance. I was told the interest would be 3.09 %. Loan amount $150000.00 15 year on a home worth $500000.00. Also have - in excess of $250000.00, $20000.00 in savings account and $6000.00 in checking account, credit score if -. Loan criteria became more and more difficult. Finally they offered me a 30 year $130000.00 loan at 4.00 % interest. They have frozen my accounts and it is impossible to get ahold of - the closing company.
